REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece of ceramics that I share with you is handmade and smoke-fired, making every item completely unique. Variations in colour, texture and surface markings are a natural part of the process and I want for you to enjoy your piece's unique character.

Smoke firing is an inherently unpredictable process. The photographs and descriptions on each listing aim to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but variations in colour and surface detail are part of what makes each piece unique.

Please contact me at jess@jessicamerle.co.uk if you have any issues. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and carefully repackaged in their original packaging where possible. Unless a piece is faulty, returns are at the buyer's expense. Once your return has been received in its original condition, a refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping costs).

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging. I'll work with you to arrange a replacement where possible or issue a full refund if a suitable replacement isn't available.
